As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retail systems, including troubleshooting, system updates, and performance monitoring. You'll also work on projects to enhance our retail technology infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and improve existing ones.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize retail systems including POS, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Provide technical support to retail staff, resolving system issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct system updates and patches to ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of retail system support analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new retail technology solutions.
- Participate in project planning and execution to drive continuous improvement in retail operations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail system support and analysis.
- Proficient in retail systems software such as SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in retail technology or relevant industry standards are a plus.
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
