As a Beauty Advisor Team Leader / Area Store Supervisor, you'll manage a team of 5-7 beauty advisors, ensuring they meet daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with the store manager to implement and execute store plans, and you'll be responsible for training and developing your team to achieve the highest standards of performance.

• Manage and develop a team of 5-7 beauty advisors, ensuring they meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients, helping them achieve their beauty goals.
• Implement and execute store plans, ensuring all sales and operational targets are met.
• Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them grow professionally.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other team leaders to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry, and share this knowledge with your team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team of beauty advisors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as Lightspeed or Square, is a plus.
• Certification in beauty or retail management is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel within Bali as needed to support store operations.
