📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using tools like QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the bakery and café operations
- Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Provide financial support to the operations team as needed
- Participate in financial meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a food and beverage or retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
