📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as Tractor Loader Backhoe to support plantation infrastructure projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Assist in the training of new operators and ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and safety protocols.
• Contribute to the overall success of the plantation infrastructure projects by ensuring efficient and safe operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, preferably with experience in Tractor Loader Backhoe operations.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license and certification (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with plantation infrastructure projects and equipment commonly used in such projects.
