📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice processing, payment collections, and credit control.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from clients, working closely with sales and operations teams.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Provide regular reports to management, including aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and other financial metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to accounts receivable, such as late payments or credit disputes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounts receivable.
