📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assist with network infrastructure and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document and track IT incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal users
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with common IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Fluency in English is a must
