📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and needs
• Present membership options and packages, explaining the benefits and features of each
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Manage client interactions using our CRM system, including tracking sales performance and client feedback
• Assist with the setup and orientation of new members, including explaining gym equipment and facilities
• Promote our fitness center and membership packages through various marketing channels
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and facilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Sports Science, Health Promotion, or Business Administration
