📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging drum lessons for students aged 5 to 18, incorporating both traditional Indonesian rhythms and modern drumming techniques.
• Conduct group workshops and masterclasses to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of various drumming styles.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students, helping them improve their skills and overcome challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest drumming techniques and trends, and incorporate new methods into your teaching.
• Collaborate with other instructors and music educators to create a comprehensive and well-rounded music program.
• Assist in the organization and execution of school events, concerts, and performances to showcase students' talents.
• Maintain a clean and organized drum room, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Promote the school's values and mission, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Percussion Performance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching drumming, with a strong background in both traditional Indonesian rhythms and modern drumming techniques.
• Proficiency in using various drumming software and tools, such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and Ableton Live.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and execute lessons effectively.
• Passion for music and a commitment to nurturing young talent.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other instructors and staff members.
