📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track receivables, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems, such as QuickBooks and Xero.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting software.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as required.
