Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
