In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial and tax reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage the tax reporting process, including filing tax returns, preparing tax calculations, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management reports, board presentations, and regulatory filings.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial data, and provide support in financial analysis and forecasting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and implement necessary updates in reporting processes.,Provide guidance and training to junior staff on financial and tax reporting procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.,Prepare and present financial and tax reports to management and board members, providing insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and tax reporting, preferably in an insurance or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using financial reporting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
