📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying potential clients and building relationships.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvement.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and visibility.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Knowledge of the Bengkulu market and industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
