📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Handle and process mail and packages.
  • Operate reception desk software and systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist with event setup and coordination.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
