📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
