📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Yanmar and Mitsubishi engines, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and part replacements.
• Inspect and maintain all mechanical systems on tugboats, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections to ensure vessel readiness and safety.
• Monitor fuel systems, cooling systems, and other critical components to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections, keeping detailed records for future reference.
• Assist in training new team members on marine mechanical systems and safety protocols.
• Participate in emergency response and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure vessel safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine mechanical maintenance, preferably with Yanmar and Mitsubishi engines.
• Certification as a Marine Mechanic or equivalent experience in marine mechanical systems.
• Proficient in using marine mechanical tools and equipment, including but not limited to, engine diagnostics tools, welding equipment, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of marine safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with marine electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating marine vessels.
