📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Makmur Intan Bakery's products and services.
• Manage and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Represent Makmur Intan Bakery at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
