Star Root Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Padang. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail management and wants to make a difference in a growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our sales targets are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and that the store is running efficiently.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they are providing the best possible service to customers.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure that the store is operating within financial guidelines.
  • Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and trends.
  • Ability to use retail management software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and regulations.
