📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and staff scheduling.,Train and mentor assistant store managers to ensure high standards of service and performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Promote and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
