📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure that all orders are packed correctly and meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
