Bay Store Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Internal Audit to join our team in Nusa Dua. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and integrity of our company.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our financial processes are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Internal Audit team and other departments to identify and mitigate risks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to the management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior auditors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the audit process.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all audit activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with auditing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
