🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy (BCPS) or Board Certification in Clinical Pharmacy Practice (BCCP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner.
