📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee store staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
