📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms,Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supplier management,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supplier negotiation,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulations,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with English is a plus
