Store Glow Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier to join our team. We are a growing retail business located in Mempawah, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.

As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their purchases, and providing them with a pleasant shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding counters.
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit/debit card transactions, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
  • Follow store policies and procedures, including inventory management and restocking.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store, including balancing the cash register and reconciling sales.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the store manager promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in financial transactions.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
