📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing training and development opportunities.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
