📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure that food quality meets the highest standards.
  • Manage a team of commis chefs and ensure that they are trained and motivated to perform their best.
  • Create and implement food menus that are both delicious and nutritious.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
  • Work closely with the executive chef to develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Monitor food costs and ensure that they are kept within budget.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Ensure that all food waste is minimized and properly disposed of.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
