📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive ESL lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and levels
• Conduct daily classes with students, providing personalized instruction and feedback
• Create and maintain comprehensive student progress reports and assessments
• Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to align ESL programs with broader educational goals
• Stay current with best practices in ESL teaching methodologies and incorporate new strategies into lesson planning
• Organize and facilitate extracurricular English activities and events to reinforce learning outside the classroom
• Provide professional development opportunities for partner school teachers to enhance their ESL teaching skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching ESL to students aged 5-18
• TEFL or TESOL certification, or equivalent experience
• Strong command of English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms
