📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and progress.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or project management role, preferably in the technology or professional services industry.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service delivery.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
